You know your work. You know your expertise. So why does presenting yourself, or your work, out loud still feel so hard?

This is a small, casual gathering for professionals who are brilliant at what they do, but freeze up the moment they have to say it out loud, in a meeting, a pitch, a room full of people you don't know yet.

We'll talk it through together, and actually practice a few real confidence techniques live, so you leave with something you can genuinely use, not just another idea you meant to try.

Hosted by me, Kara De Kretser, a UN professional turned confidence coach. Small group, real conversation, no big stage, no pressure.

What to Expect:
A relaxed evening that's part conversation, part hands-on practice. You'll meet a small group of like-minded professionals, share what's actually been getting in your way, and try out a few practical confidence tools together in the moment, not theory, actual practice.

  • Arrive, grab a drink, settle in and meet everyone
  • Quick round of introductions, who you are, what brought you here
  • A short conversation on what actually builds confident presence when speaking up
  • Live practice, we'll work through a real confidence exercise together as a group
  • Open discussion, questions, and connecting before we wrap up

What to Bring:
Just yourself! Nothing formal needed, come as you are. If there's a specific moment or situation you'd love to work through (a presentation coming up, a meeting where you go quiet), feel free to bring that in mind, we'll make space for real examples.
