Connect & Belong is a free, bi-weekly speed friending experience built for curious, open-minded youth between 18-35 living Metro Vancouver who are ready to expand their world one real conversation at a time.

What to expect
Good energy. Great snacks. And a room full of people just like you who showed up ready to connect.
Each session runs a guided speed friending format, you rotate through short, engaging conversations with different people using fun, thoughtfully crafted prompts. Some questions will make you laugh. Some will catch you off guard.
All of them will lead somewhere interesting.
