UPDATE* Hey! People are mostly signing in through LUMA https://luma.com/8890sf60 so I will close the RSVP on Meetup to make it easier to manage; feel free to register through Luma!
Let's get together at Goethepark on July 12 and connect the non-monogamous Berlin community.
I'm throwing this idea out there, but I'm not charging anything, nor do I want to be the host or be responsible for everything. If you're joining, consider yourself a co-creator of the space and the experience. Let's make it happen together!
This will be a special afternoon with a few different activity areas:
The Relationship Design Game
We'll play The Relationship Design Game (which I created) and use the cards as conversation starters. Think of it as a relaxed support group where we can share experiences, perspectives, and questions.
Consent Area
A space to practice asking for what you want, setting boundaries, and hearing "yes", "no", and "maybe" with curiosity and respect. Just sit on the blanket and wait for someone to join you for simple consent exercises.
Blind Portraits
Get to know someone without speaking. Draw each other's portraits without looking at the page.
Reading Exchange
Bring a book, ideally short stories, poems, or other short pieces (phone notes or shopping lists work as well!), and read something aloud to someone else.
Chill Area
Bring snacks and drinks to share, relax on a blanket, and enjoy the afternoon in the park.
Create Your Own Space
Have an idea for an activity? Bring a blanket, set up your own little area, write the instructions on a piece of paper, and let it happen!
A few ground rules:
- No discrimination of any kind.
- Consent and respect above all.
- This is NOT a dating event. Connections can obviously happen naturally, and that's great, but the gathering is designed around building community, relaxing, and supporting each other rather than dating or sex. So if that's the only reason you're coming, you might as well skip it.
Looking forward to seeing you there!
The exact location in Goethepark will be shared on the day of the event.
When signing up, please tell me a bit about why you'd like to join and include your phone number. I'll create a Telegram group so we can coordinate details, share ideas, and collectively make the event even better.
