Sacramento Vinyl Vitals: Beginner Crate Digging 101

If you have been curious about starting a vinyl collection but feel a little overwhelmed by the rows of dusty bins at the record store, this meetup is for you. We are getting together in Sacramento for an informal session on how to approach crate digging without the intimidation factor. We will cover the basics of what to look for when inspecting a used record, how to spot decent pressings, and how to organize your collection as you build it.

This is a relaxed, low-pressure space for anyone interested in physical media to learn the ropes and connect with other local listeners. Whether you just picked up your first turntable or are looking for a few tips to sharpen your searching skills, you will find plenty of helpful advice and good conversation here. We will keep things simple and focus on the joy of finding something great in a stack of old records. If you are interested in joining us, please head over to the event page and click the RSVP button so we can get an idea of the group size.
