What we’re about

Holotropic Breathing is a powerful, consciousness-expanding breathwork technique developed by psychiatrist Dr. Stanislav Grof and his wife Christina Grof in the 1970s. It involves deep, rapid, rhythmic breathing combined with evocative music and a safe, supportive setting to help participants access altered states of awareness.

The goal is to facilitate emotional release, self-discovery, and healing by allowing the subconscious mind and body to express unresolved experiences. Sessions are typically guided by trained facilitators and can bring about sensations of unity, spiritual insight, or cathartic emotional release.
