Spirit Mind Body RVA

We will start the next healing circle with a brief breath work session, followed by a 20-minute guided “inner child/adolescent self“ meditation. Thereafter, we will have breakout sessions for ancient healing modalities, and possible discussions with respect to the expansion of consciousness.
