Spiritual Awakening Connecting and Integrating

Many people on the planet are undergoing powerful Kundalini spiritual awakenings as well as other types of spiritual awakenings and although the spiritual path is a very sacred, personal journey that you must walk alone and is unique to each individual I believe we all desperately need a space where we can connect, be heard and feel understood. Unfortunately living in this particular part of the world can add to the challenges. We are in an environment that is not very conscious, evolved or open minded generally speaking and most people are completely unaware and therefore completely lacking in knowledge when it comes to these experiences. There is no need to feel isolated or crazy and I want to help end that through unity and shared experience. I also want to share the tools and wisdom I have acquired through my process that are helpful ways of coping and integrating any type of awakening and would love to learn more from others.
