Connect with the energy of the summer solstice with this meditation incorporating qi gong, essential oils, and sound healing.
Join Erik Harris of Chi for Healing for a transformative guided meditation that will connect you with the energy of the Summer Solistice. This experience begins with simple Qi Gong exercises, designed to open and move energy through the body, preparing you for a deeper meditation.
Erik will then guide you through a powerful meditation, enhanced by wisdom and messages from the plant kingdom, delivered through medicinal aromatherapy. You will also experience soothing and balancing sounds from Erik’s diverse sound tools.
The session will conclude with an inspirational passage, followed by time for sharing and reflection. Erik has thoughtfully created a crystal grid to amplify any intentions you wish to bring for the season ahead. The salt cave setting will provide a serene environment for both the Qi Gong practice and the guided meditation, where you can relax into zero-gravity chairs.
This workshop invites you to set your intentions for the season while connecting with the longest day of the year. Please wear comfortable clothing for the Qi Gong practice, and bring white socks to wear inside the salt cave. Shoes must be removed upon entry.
