Food has always had a role in all aspects of life.
In days of old harvests and bounty were gifts from the gods and a reason to celebrate. Even today we give thanks for the food and blessings we receive. In this class we will work with the Crones recipes that will put the Magick back in your kitchen and revive the mystic lore and meaning of food. We will also examine the correlation to self transformation for the greater good through food.
This month we will be making Soul Cakes in celebration of Samhain (Halloween)
You will get to taste the results and have a cup of tea before the night is done.
