Drum circles have ancient roots in cultures with strong drumming traditions ASIA and AFRICA and among the Shamanistic practices of the Native American Cultures. Drums have evolved over time, and many of them are hand drums played by hitting a stretched Hide on the drum with the palm or fingers. There are even vegan varieties of hand drums that sound amazing.
So come Pop up a seat and strike a drumbeat at this wonderful hands on community experience with percussionist KEN PARKER. The relaxing, rhythmic sounds of the drumbeat will inspire you to dance a little and shake it up!
Ken has 40+ years drumming experience and host drum circles on all skill levels from beginner to master. I can truly say your on good hands :-)

Plenty of up-front street parking, bring your own drums, shakers, etc., a blanket or chair to sit on. No pets, except service animals are welcome.
