https://www.kapwawellness.com/signupYou know that feeling after a long day when your body is tired but your mind will not stop? When you're carrying more than you can name and you just need somewhere to put it down?
That's exactly what Tuesday night Qigong is for.
Qigong (pronounced Chee-GONG) is a traditional Chinese medicine practice of slow, intentional movement, conscious breathing, and quiet, focused awareness. You may have seen it practiced in a park — those gentle, flowing, unhurried movements that look almost like a conversation between the body and the air around it. That is Qigong. And it's one of the most effective and enjoyable practices for your body, mind and spirit. No experience necessary. No flexibility required. No special equipment. No complicated sequences of movements to memorize.
The class is open to all levels — complete beginners are not just welcome; they're exactly who this class is designed for. You'll move through simple, flowing sequences that gently awaken the body, calm the nervous system, and guide your awareness inward.
The focus is on cultivating qi — your life force energy — allowing it to move freely through the body rather than getting stuck in the places where stress and tension tend to live.
Most people walk in feeling wound up. They leave feeling like something quietly, deeply shifted.
In a world that rewards doing more, moving faster, and pushing harder — Qigong is a quiet act of resistance. It teaches your body that slowness is not weakness. That stillness is not emptiness. That the most powerful thing you can do sometimes is simply breathe, move gently, and pay attention. The benefits build over time — improved balance, flexibility, and circulation; reduced stress and anxiety; a clearer, calmer mind. But most students tell us the thing that keeps them coming back is simpler than any of that. It just feels good to be there.
Event starts promptly at 6:00 pm!

https://www.kapwawellness.comThere's a particular kind of rest that most of us never get. Not sleep exactly — something deeper. A settling. A sense of every held thing finally being allowed to put itself down.
Sound Healing & Meditation combines the resonance of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls with hypnotic guided meditation — creating an experience that works on layers of the body and mind that ordinary rest simply cannot reach.
Class begins with a short seated meditation to help you arrive — to let the day loosen its grip and prepare your body for what comes next.
You'll then lie down on a yoga mat in a comfortable restorative pose. Maria — a certified hypnotherapist — guides you into a deep state of relaxation through gentle spoken meditation. Her voice opens the door. Then the bowls take over.
Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, rattles, and an ocean drum surround you in waves of resonant sound. Each instrument carries its own frequency, and together they work to clear, balance, and restore your energy field from the inside out.
Many students describe leaving feeling like they have slept for hours. Others simply say: I did not know I needed that until I was in it.No need to bring anything - yoga mats, blankets, and bolsters are provided. Dress comfortably for sitting and lying on the floor. You're welcome to bring a favorite blanket or pillow from home if that helps you settle in.
Join us this restorative and stress-relieving experience—everyone, including beginners, is welcome!
Event starts promptly at 6:00 pm!

https://www.kapwawellness.comJoin our weekly gathering of like-minded individuals as we explore various aspects of spirituality!
Some questions don't have easy answers. Some parts of yourself cannot be reached through thinking alone. Some things simply need to be experienced — in a circle, with others, in a space that holds it all without judgment.
That's what Spiritual Circle is. A weekly gathering where we explore the many dimensions of spiritual practice — not as a lecture, not as a course, but as a living, evolving, interactive experience shaped by the people in the room.
Maria has been a practitioner of the healing arts for over 30 years. She has studied with elders and teachers across Peru, Bolivia, and the Philippines, and she brings that depth of knowledge — alongside real warmth and a light touch — to every class she holds.
No two circles are the same. Each week is different, blending short instruction with hands-on practice and group exercises. The circle is a warm, welcoming, non-judgmental space where you're invited to be open, experiment, and share.
Topics rotate and evolve, and may include:
Tarot Reading
Learn to read tarot cards for genuine guidance — give and receive readings, share insights, and develop your own intuitive relationship with the cards.
Developing Your Intuition
Explore techniques like psychometry, the four Clairs (clairvoyance, clairaudience, claircognizance, clairsentience), and past life regression to sharpen your natural intuitive abilities.
