Men’s Reflect & Reset is a grounded weekly space to pause, reflect, reconnect, and head into the new week with more clarity and intention.
This is not about perfection, hustle culture, or pretending to have everything figured out.
It’s about:

Each session includes:
🧘 A short grounding meditation
🔄 Reflection on the previous week

• what felt aligned vs. what felt like drift
🎯 Weekly reset & intention setting
• goals for the week ahead
• personal focus/theme for the week
• habits or areas to improve
• accountability & support

This is a men’s-only space designed to help men slow down, become more intentional, and stop drifting unconsciously through life.
