Building Self-Leadership with ADHD: June Workshop Series
Details
This June, The League of Spiritual Gentlemen is running a four-part weekly coaching workshop series:
# Building Self-Leadership with ADHD
This series is for men who are tired of feeling stuck in the same loops:
Shame.
Impulsivity.
Avoidance.
Pressure.
Inconsistency.
Starting again every Monday.
If you have ADHD, or ADHD-like patterns, you may already know what you “should” be doing — but still struggle to follow through when life gets stressful, distracting, or emotionally heavy.
This workshop series is not about motivation.
It is about self-leadership.
It is about learning how to understand yourself, regulate yourself, take responsibility without shame, and build rituals that support the man you are becoming.
These are practical, interactive group coaching workshops.
Not lectures.
Not corporate training.
Not motivational hype.
Each session includes teaching, reflection, discussion, and a practical tool you can use during the week.

# June Workshop Arc
## Week 1 — Breaking the Shame Spiral
How ADHD men can stop hiding, avoiding, and attacking themselves.
Shame makes men hide, procrastinate, avoid hard conversations, and attack themselves internally.
In this workshop, we’ll name the shame loop, separate identity from behaviour, and create one self-respect action to begin breaking the cycle.
***
## Week 2 — From Impulse to Intention
How to pause before reacting and make choices aligned with your values.
ADHD can make men react quickly to urges, emotions, stimulation, scrolling, spending, food, porn, conflict, or avoidance.
In this workshop, we’ll build the pause, identify the need underneath the impulse, and create a values-based response.
***
## Week 3 — The Gentleman’s Responsibility Code
How to stop avoiding pressure and start leading yourself with maturity.
Responsibility can feel like pressure, guilt, or failure — especially when ADHD makes follow-through difficult.
In this workshop, we’ll redefine responsibility as self-leadership: owning your actions, communicating clearly, and taking the next right step.
***
## Week 4 — Rituals Over Routines
How to build ADHD-friendly morning and evening rituals that actually support consistency.
Many men try to build strict routines, fail, and then shame themselves.
In this workshop, we’ll create simple rituals that regulate your nervous system, reduce decision fatigue, and help you build consistency without becoming rigid.
