We are members of The Art of Living Foundation - Yoga | Meditation | Sudarshan Kriya | Sri Sri Ravi Shankar (https://www.artofliving.org/us-en), a volunteer-based international non-profit educational and humanitarian organization, and our mission is a STRESS-FREE, VIOLENCE-FREE AMERICA.

We meet regularly and practice Yoga & Meditation techniques including Sudarshan Kriya, which is a cornerstone of the SKY Breath Meditation, a powerful breathing technique that purifies and rejuvenates the body and mind.

We offer personal excellence programs to the general public and complementary seminars for many, that provide tangible tools to the participants to eliminate stress, manage negative emotions, restore human values, create a sense of belonging, and enable all to lead healthier, happier, and successful lives.

By joining our Meetup group, you will get an opportunity to participate in these seminars, learn tools based on knowledge of ancient vintage and well tuned to modern times, and also find out about more advanced programs such as the Silent Retreats and many others.
