This workshop is about how we can practice constructive thinking and behaviors using a classic cognitive-behavioral therapy method on ourselves. I will take you through how to use one of the original CBT methods developed by Albert Ellis to challenge negative thinking and behavioral patterns. You can bring a pen and paper, which helps with deeper brain processing of the material.
