TODAY'S MAIN TOPIC is High Sensitivity. Socially anxious and lonely people often have the traits of a Highly Sensitive Person. There is a higher sensitivity to feelings and emotions, or to physical sensations like sounds, touch, and light. Perhaps you prefer deep conversations. This can cause one to easily feel overwhelmed, but it can also be a gift too. Do you identify with some of those traits?
