Join us for a peaceful and restorative evening as we kick off a new chapter for our meditation group! This special Friday Night Reset is designed to help you unwind from the week, release tension, and reconnect with your inner calm.

I’m excited to step in as the new organizer and guide you through a soothing nervous system reset, where we’ll use breath, mindfulness, and gentle awareness to relax the body, clear the mind, and create space for deeper self-connection.

Whether you're new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, this session will leave you feeling refreshed, grounded, and ready to step into the weekend with ease.
