Route: Leave Starbucks and ride west on Betz Rd to 6th N then south to F Street (past Mason Jar), continues as Cheney Spangle Rd to Columbia Plateau trail to Fish Lake then North on Spotted Rd to Andrus. Return on Andrus to Cheney Spokane Rd and return.

Distance: 26 miles.
Terrrain: Mostly flat to hilly with some very short hills.
Regroup: McClellan trailhead past 7-mile, and at Nine Mile Recreation Area (snack stop).
Approximate time: 3 hours
Route Description: Ride to Long Lake via Aubrey White Parkway, Centennial Trail, including 2.2-mile extension of Centennial Trail from Charles Rd. to Long Lake/Lake Spokane.
Food and Water: Bring your own water and snacks. Drinks and snacks at Little Garden /cafe after ride.
Restrooms at Little Garden Cafe, McClellan trailhead, N of Seven Miule bridge, CT at Carlson Rd, Sontag Park, Long Lake (9-mile recreation area)

- Team Thursday: Wandermere Deer Park Loop Clockwise12519 N Division St, Spokane, WA
Start Time: Meet at 8:45 for 9:00 AM rollout

Distance: 38 miles
Pace: 13 – 15 mph on flats
Terrain: Paved roads, mostly rural. Fair amount of climbing in the 3 – 5% range with one short very steep climb. Total elevation gain of approximately 2000 ft.
Route Description: A steep downhill on Mill Rd followed by 5+ miles of steady, not too steep climbing along Dartford, Ballard and Austin. There should be some mountain scenery as we head north along Dalton Rd. (a nice alternative to Monroe), then into Deer Park. We’ll stop at mile 20 at the Pickett Fence for a break. The second half of the ride trends mostly downhill with the exception of the 0.3-mile Chattaroy 11% leg burner. Most of the return will be along Perry and Little Spokane River roads. We’ll catch a tiny bit of the Children of the Sun Trail in the final uphill mile.
