**Welcome to the SBC Bike Everywhere Choose Your Distance Group Ride. This is the longer-distance route and is a No-Drop ride. Please note that there is significant climbing including one very steep longer climb on the route, this is not an easy ride for beginners. Participants should be able to maintain a steady pace (15-17 MPH) for a distance of 39 - miles (Slower pacing on hills is expected).
E-Bikes, Road Bikes, Gravel Bikes and Flat Bar Road Bikes are all welcome.

Start Time: Meet at 8:45 for 9:00 AM rollout
Meeting Location/Address: Olmstead Brothers Park, 2125 West Summit Pkway, Spokane, WA 99201
Distance: 39 miles
Pace: 15 – 17 on flats
Terrain: Paved roads, flat and rolling terrain with one very steep climb
Route Description: Centennial Trail east for 9 miles through the U District and along Upriver Drive. Then up Lehman Road (1.3 miles, with maximum grade +/- 12%) to Pleasant Prairie. We’ll follow scenic roads to the ever-popular Moffat Road descent. Peone, Parksmith and Hawthorne to the Whitworth neighborhood. We’ll then follow the county’s recently designated Whitworth/Greta greenway through the Town and Country neighborhood, then through the Northwest Spokane and Audubon/Downriver neighborhoods, cross Meenach Drive over to Kendall Yards and the start.

Eat: Bring snacks and water for the ride. Meeting at My Fresh Basket a short distance from Olmsted Park after the ride.
