PLEASE READ RIDE DESCRIPTION AND ALL ROUTE DETAILS

· Welcome to the SBC Wednesday Group Ride. This is a No-Drop ride. Participants should have at least intermediate level cycling skills and be able to maintain a steady pace (12-15 MPH) for a distance of approximately 30 miles (Slower pacing on larger/longer hills is expected). This midweek ride is designed to be a fun ride that helps build/maintain your cycling foundation. Ride leaders will focus on higher cadence and lower gears rather than higher speeds. This is a good day to wear casual cycling clothing, however it is not required. E-Bikes, Gravel Bikes and Flat Bar road bikes are all welcome. Helmets are required on all SBC rides.
