Meet at Bull Run Trailhead at 9:15 for 9:30 departure

Medimont to Harrison rt is 20 miles
Meet at Medimont Trailhead (directions below) at 10am for approximate 10:15 departure to connect with riders starting at Bull Run

Description: The Trail of the Coeur d’Alenes is one off the most beautiful bike trails in our country.
Terrain is flat on paved trail
Distance: 36 miles if starting at Bull Run
20 miles if starting at Medimont

Pace 10-14 with regrouping at Medimont Trailhead to meet 20 mile option riders, Lilypads hopefully blooming, moose sightings and Harrison City Park.

Eat: Bring snacks or maybe purchase a sandwich at the Harrison Store deli. The bike store also offers lunch. The Harrison City Park Is a great place for a picnic. Hopefully the Creamery will be open for ice cream

Weather: Predicted to be sunny and in the 70s during ride. If that changes Rain or poor air quality cancels

Directions to Medimont Trailhead. Take I90 for 49 miles to exit 34 toward Rose Lake/Harrison/St Maries, turn right onto ID-3 State Hwy 3 for 10.3 miles, then turn right onto E Rainy Hill Road, in 1 mile turn onto South Medimont Rd.,in .6 miles take slight left onto S Ruddy Duck Rd. Trailhead is on the left 13326 S Ruddy Duck Rd
