Womens Ride - Maribeau Meadows to Gateway Park

Date: August 19.
Route: Centennial Trail, Mirabeau Park to Gateway Park, out and back.
Distance: 20 miles.
Meeting Location: Mirabeau Point North Trailhead parking, across the street from Mirabeau Meadows, 13500 E. Mirabeau Parkway. Directions: from I90, take Pines exit. Go north approximately .75 mile and turn right onto Mirabeau Parkway. In approximately.75 mile the trailhead will be on your left. There is a sign at entrance, Mirabeau Point North Trailhead.
Start time: Meet 8:45 for 9:00 a.m. start
Pace: leisurely, 10-12mph.
Terrain/route: mostly flat, class 1 trail.
Estimated time: 2 1/2 - 3 hours including eat stop.
Regroup: at Harvard trailhead and at Gateway Park.
Map/cue sheet: not needed.
Eat: New Love Coffee, 21802 E Indiana Ave., one block north of Harvard Road trailhead.
Cancellation: rain, high wind, AQI over 100. Risk of excessive heat may shorten ride.
Helmets required on all SBC rides.
