Scenic Riders - Children of the Sun Trail

The Highway to the Sun ride for September 9th was cancelled due to adverse weather conditions in Mead and now rescheduled for September 16th.

Arrive at 8:15 for 8:30 departure at Sety’s Ace Hardware. The Highway to the Sun trail runs parallel to the North Spokane Corridor and is now connected to the Spokane Centennial Trail. We start at Wandermere and will include all completed sections.
Terrain: A long gradual uphill for the start with rolling hills and flat sections following. The paved trail is in like new condition and contains artistic concrete reliefs.
Distance: 19 miles. Pace: 11-13
