Friday night movie at The Magic Lantern

UPDATE: Due to slippery fingers, I accidentally posted this meetup for the wrong date. It will actually be on Friday, May 22. Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience.

Our next meetup will be at The Magic Lantern Theatre on Friday, May 22 at approximately 5:30pm, depending on which films are playing and their show times. As soon as the Lantern publishes their schedule (on May 19), I will update the time.

I am hoping we will be able to see Steal This Story, Please!, a documentary about Amy Goodman, a gripping portrait of a journalist whose unwavering commitment to truth-telling spans three decades of turbulent history.

After the movie, we will hopefully head next door to Spokane Slice at the Saranac Commons to enjoy. That depends on the show time, as the restaurant closes at 8pm. If the restaurant changes, I will update the meetup to let you know.

As always, if you plan to come to the movie but won't be joining us afterward, please RSVP "No" to help us have an accurate head count for the restaurant.
