"You Had to Be There" at the Magic Lantern

UPDATE: The Magic Lantern released their schedule for next week and we will be getting together at 5:15pm to see the 5:30pm showing of You Had to Be There. If this changes your plans, please take a moment to update your RSVP. I hope to see you there!

Our next meetup will be at the Magic Lantern Theatre at approximately 5:30pm on Saturday, October 23. I am hoping we will be seeing You Had to Be There: How the Toronto Godspell Ignited the Comedy Revolution, Spread Love & Overalls, and Created a Community That Changed the World (in a Canadian Kind of Way). As soon as the theater releases their show times (on Tuesday, September 29), I will update the meetup. The meetup time and the film may change, depending on the theater's schedule.

After the movie, we will go next door to Spokane Slice pizzeria for dinner, drinks and conversation. I will order a couple of pizzas in advance. Slices will be $5 each, or you can order something else from the restaurant. Beverages will be available from Spokane Slice and from Black Label Brewing Company.

As always, if you plan to join us for the movie but won't be coming to the restaurant afterward, please RSVP "No." This will help me decide how much pizza to order ahead of time.

I hope to see you there!
