We're a group of people who are fascinated by fungi and want to learn more about mushrooms, mycology, and everything that happens in the fungal world. Whether you're a complete beginner who just thinks mushrooms are cool, someone who forages on weekends, or you've been studying fungi for years, you'll find a place here. We get together weekly to share what we've learned, swap stories from the field, look at specimens together, and just enjoy the company of other people who get excited about mycelium and fruiting bodies.
Every week we'll do something a little different—sometimes we'll have a guest expert talk about a specific topic, other times we'll just sit around and show each other photos or specimens we've found. We might go on forays to local spots, work on identification skills, or dive into the science behind how fungi work. The main goal is to have a space where you can ask questions without feeling silly and actually connect with people who share this interest.
