Join us Monday, November 17th at 6pm at Pivotal Labs in San Francisco as the Sports and Tech Meetup (#sportsandtech) presents an all-star panel discussing: “How Tech is Improving On The Field Performance.” Our panel of a team executive, an investor, and an entrepreneur in the space will discuss how technology is changing performance and medical analysis for professional athletes and teams. We will touch on recent innovations, the effect of wearables and new forms of data collection, how entrepreneurs are commercializing such innovation, and how teams are benefitting. Q&A will follow.

Panelists Include:

Stan Conte – V.P., Medical Services and Head Athletic Trainer, L.A. Dodgers. Former Director of Medical Services, San Francisco Giants.

Stephen Smith – Founder and Chief Product Officer, Kitman Labs (sports science startup working with many professional teams). Former Professional Rugby Injury Rehabilitation Coach.

Jonathan Ebinger – General Partner, BlueRun Ventures. Sports related investments include TeamSnap, Kitman Labs, and Beeline Bikes.
