IKMF Krav Maga training helps you defend yourself effectively on the streets.

1. There are no rules in street attacks, so imagine what we will do to the attacker.
2. No one wants to get in a fight, so prevention & de-escalation will be taught too.
3. You're lucky if there's just 1 attacker out in the streets. To better prepare yourself, we train with the mindset of potentially facing multiple attackers.
