These classes are for students who have some previous training experience and already know the basics of the art, have good cardiovascular endurance and body conditioning in order to be able to take hits. The intensity of the training is increased and some more complex techniques and combinations are taught.

​Sparring will be taught, these sparring sessions are controlled at 50-70% kick power and focus on the correct technique, good form, and a good intensity, with each student wearing protective equipment and are supervised by the trainers.
