Our pole fitness classes focus on strength training, flexibility, and cardio exercises. Students develop core strength, upper body strength, and increased flexibility through pole lessons.

Beginners start with foundational moves and gradually progress to more advanced spins, holds, and inversions as they build strength and skill.
