• Warm up (For example, Dynamic warm ups, Play using half the court, Jogging)
• Basic Footwork Exercises (For example, Front-Back footwork, Front-Two footwork)
• Basic Skills (For example, Lifting in both front, netting etc). Our methods combine the Technical, Physical and Strategic requirements of badminton to parallel realistic game-play where quality and effectiveness of training are not compromised.
• Individualized skill training – Students discuss the techniques that they wish to refine with the coach and proceed to work on them.
• Match play with strategic guidance.
