This class focuses on the fitness aspect of Taekwondo, using its dynamic movements to build strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance. Students will engage in high-intensity drills, including kicking, punching, and conditioning exercises.
This class is perfect for individuals looking to improve their fitness while learning basic Taekwondo techniques. No previous martial arts experience is required, and the focus is on fun, high-energy workouts that will challenge both beginners and seasoned athletes. We welcome all ages individuals/groups to join in the class.
