Muay Thai Fundamentals Group Class (Adults & Teens, Beginner)

For ages 12 and above.

A high energy class that builds your explosive strength and stamina. After warm-up, the coach will teach you techniques and striking drills on bags or partner drills. Each person also gets 1-on-1 time on pad work and a chance to spar.
