SUN 2 - BEGINNERS EASY HIKE- La Jarosa reservoir and small waterfall - By bus

Welcome to this easy hike special for beginners, with an off the beaten path secret little gem: a tiny cute waterfall with a small cystal clear pool at the bottom. This hike is perfect for those who wish to do a flat and super simple walk under the pine trees with the added bonus of this secluded spot away from people!

SPECS
• Type: Loop
• Incline: Some gradual and easy uphill stretches, but not steep at all!
• Distance: 10 km
• Duration: Including all of the LONG breaks in the waterfall, grass, pictures, lunch, rest): Around 4h (approx)
• Terrain: Flat for the most part, some wet stretches maybe closer to the waterfall and creek.

HOW TO GET THERE

• BY BUS Take bus #682 from underground Intercambiador Moncloa at 9:55 am. (Nivel -1, Isla 2, Dársena 22. Get off at Guadarrama stop called San Macario- Avenida Serrana (Álvaro will be waiting for you at the bus drop off) Please PLAN TO BE THERE AT LEAST 15 MIN IN ADVANCE, metros run a lot less often on weekend mornings and you may need some time to find the correct bus in Moncloa. REMEMBER TO BRING COINS AND MAX 5€ BILLS

WHAT TO BRING:

• Dress in layers with a warmer one in the backpack junst in case
• Bring your swimsuit just in case it's warm and you wish to get wet! and a small towel if you want
• Your lunch
• Hiking sandals suitable to get wet - if not, hiking or tennis shoes
• An extra pair of socks (just in case you get them wet)
• Bottle water of 2 litres. Everyone is responsible for their own drinking needs, don't make other people share with you because you brought too little!
