This group is for adults who want to build strength, move better, and stay active as they get older—without beating up their joints or feeling lost in a gym.

Inside this group, we host:

  • Free monthly Q&A sessions at a local library
  • Beginner-friendly strength and mobility workshops
  • Small group training opportunities
  • Educational sessions on strength, cardio, recovery, and more

Everything is designed to be approachable, practical, and effective—especially for those getting back into fitness or dealing with limitations.

No experience needed. Just show up and learn.
