This group is for adults who want to master their movement, build functional strength, and connect with a like-minded crew. We meet weekly at Memorial Park for 100% free classes. No ego, no gym fees- just high-energy training and good vibes.

Our weekly sessions are a mix of laid back and structure for beginners. 1.5 hour sessions including warm up, skill stations, and strength building at the end. We love to break down advanced bodyweight milestones into safe, actionable progressions for all levels. Skills include Handstands, Muscle-Ups, Front Lever, Planche, and more!

Adults looking to build a local fitness network. We welcome All Levels- from Complete beginners looking to start safely or advanced skilled athletes looking to gather more training motivation.
