For the last 4 years, I have worked extensively with telemetry on the Dynamics 365 Business Central product. All of this telemetry is stored in Azure Log Analytics, a big data store that can handle A LOT OF data.

In this session I will share my love for this technology, giving you an overview of Log Analytics and KQL, including KQL vs. SQL. I will show you use cases from Azure Monitor / Azure Application Insights as use cases of Log Analytics. I will discuss cost (and cost control strategies) of Log Analytics. And finally, I will talk a little bit about what this means in Real Time Analytics in Microsoft Fabric.
