Wine Tasting & Dinner at Cooper's Hawk Winery in Wesley Chapel

Hi everyone, I've been wanting to do a Cooper's Hawk (CH) wine tasting and dinner event at the Wesley Chapel location for a while now. If you've never been to CH, the wine is terrific and the food is even better. I belong to their Wine Club and absolutely love going with friends and family each month.

Here's the Plan:
Wine Tasting at 6pm
We will meet in the Wine Tasting Room at 6pm and begin our tasting. We're starting at 6pm as the tasting room can get very busy any later than that.

The tasting costs $12 and you'll get 8 samples of any of the wines on their menu. I'd say it's between a 2oz and 3oz pour for each tasting and they have all types and styles on the menu. When I go with a group of 10 or more, the tastings last around 2 hours. If you need to get their a little later than 6 it won't be a big deal but you'll have to catch up to the rest of us. ;-)

Keep in mind that there are no seats in the tasting room so you should be prepared to stand (or lean on the bar) for the duration.

Dinner at 8pm(ish)
After the wine tasting is over, you'll need to get some food in you and sit down for a bit. So, we'll head into the dining room around 8pm and feast on some amazing food. Everything I've ever tasted at Cooper's Hawk has been delicious and I'm sure you'll think so as well. They have vegetarian and gluten free options too.

Space is Limited
Due to limited space in the tasting room at CH, we will need to limit the number of folks to just 12. And since this is a huge group of active members, only the first 11 (I'm the 12th) who Zelle or Venmo me their tasting fee will be able to participate. Once you get on the attending list, I'll direct message each of you with my info to collect the fee and answer any questions you may have. Only after I receive the fee will you be "officially" on the guest list.

Dress Code
While there is no specific dress code at CH, most folks are wearing business casual or dinner-date type clothing. Of course you can feel free to wear whatever you prefer. Just know if you come in sweats and a t-shirt you will likely feel underdressed.
