Welcome! As an ADHDer with a human need for connection, I kept looking for a space that was understanding of my fluctuating capacity to socialize and couldn't find it. I created this group to be that space without the pressure.

• making connections at your own pace

Locations: Virtual & In-person around the Denver metro area

This group is designed to be a safe space for neurodivergent women to discuss topics related to ADHD and having ADHD.

We are a trans-and-nonbinary friendly group.

• Please do not join this group if you identify primarily as male.
• Specifically NO CIS MEN

You DO NOT have to have an official ADHD/Autism diagnosis to be here.
