Tuesday Night Food Truck Show!!

Let's check out the Tuesday Night Food Truck Show in Hanover!! There is a variety of food trucks from which you can choose from. You will be paying your own way by paying the individual food truck. The food truck show usually has some form of musical entertainment.
Let's grab some food, from your food truck of choice, share our thougths on our food and enjoy an evening dining and socializing outside.

Meeting Place may be a little tricky. Look for me/us near LollyJolly Waffles or Mom on the Go. One of us will most likely be holding the meetup sign. Once we find a place to sit we will do our best to post it on the event wall.
Please bear with me as this is my first time attending this food truck show.

While the Food Truck Show is 4-7pm, we will be meeting between 5:45-6 and staying till between 7:15-7:30.

Meeting Place: By the LollyJolly Waffles or Mom on the Go Food Trucks or a seating area. Please look for the meetup sign and check the event wall as we will provide updates. If you will be arriving more than 15 minutes after our start time please post a comment below at least 10 minutes prior to the event with your ETA.

Min/Max: Minimum of 6 total, including 4 members, at least 72 hours prior. Max of 12.
Guests: 1 adult per member.
Note: We are aware this is a public event and you could potentially attend with several people. Let us be your several this time and bring several another time.

Event Fee: $2pp / 2025 Annual Members ~ Free / $10 to become an Annual Member. // All small bills please (1s &5s; 10s for AMs) which is collected when we are paying the bill.

RSVP Deadline ~ 2pm on T 7/1 (as I'll be on the road thereafter) with a final time of 4:30pm. (Note: If your plans change please update your RSVP regardless of the time as we can now access this info from our phones. Any changes after this time, esp the final time, will be considered a No-Show.) If you will be arriving more than 15 minutes after our start time please post a comment below at least 10 minutes prior to the event with your ETA.

Directions Overview:
Located on Route 53NB, <1/4 mile north of the Route 139 intersection. This is a couple/few miles south of Exit 32 and a few miles north of Exit 27 on Route 3.

Parking: Free and ample parking on site. Please be aware that it may take a minute to find parking.

~~~Please bring Cash Only for your Event/Annual Fee!!! (As everyone is purchasing their own food individually from the food trucks, how you pay them is entirely up to you.) Please bring small bills ($1s or $5s, please) to pay for the event fee. When in doubt, please make this easy and bring cash. ~~~

**Health Guidelines**

SSDOMG requests you not attend an event if/when:
>You have been exposed to covid-19 in the 10 days prior to the event and have not yet tested negative.
>You are experiencing any sickness up to 5 days prior to the event in which you have not been symptom-free for at least 48 hours, especially if it's contagious.

This is for the safety of the attendees, employees, and our families.

Please update your RSVP, preferably prior to the RSVP Deadline or you may be considered a No-Show. We do have a No-Show Policy which is when you are a Yes/Going RSVP at the RSVP Deadline but do not attend the event.
