September Tuesday Night Ice Cream Social

Join fellow members and guests for a weeknight and our last Ice Cream Social of 2026!

We are going to Friendly's in Weymouth for four reasons - we can sit indoors, I've been wanting to go there this year, they serve meals it's a great 'on the way home' spot.

Who wants a fribble, float or sundae???
Who is going to grab a meal as well?

Meeting Place: By the front door. Please wait for Event Host/Organizer to be seated. We wait till the majority of attendees are present or a minute or two after the event time to be seated. We *may* have to wait a few minutes to be seated.

Min/Max: Minimum of 6 total, including 4 members, @ 4pm on Sun 9/20 and Noon on T 9/22. Max 15.
Guests: 2 per member. Ages 13+

Event Fee: $2pp / 2026 Annual Members & 1 Guest ~ Free / $6 to become an Annual Member (mid-yr Aug/Sept/Oct). // All small bills please (1s &5s; 10s for AMs) which is collected when we are paying the bill.

RSVP Deadline ~ 90 mins prior @ 4:30pm on T 9/22 (Note: If your plans change please update your RSVP regardless of the time as we can now access this info from our phones. Any changes after this time will be considered a No-Show.)

Directions Overview: Located on Route 18SB, just past the light after the South Shore Hospital. Coming from the south it's just past the 99 on the right and Stockholder's on the left on the left side before the next light after the light at Union Point.

Parking: Free and ample on-site.

~~~Please bring Cash Only!!! (All fees must be paid in cash. Most Ice Cream places accept credit cards, however, there may be a CC charge minimum of $10 or $15, depending on the venue.) If you choose to bring/buy/use a GC from/for this restaurant, please bring proof of funds and no more than $20 more than the cost of your portion of the bill. Please bring small bills ($1s or $5s please) to pay for the event fee. When in doubt, please make this easy and bring cash. We will check with our server/restaurant about separate checks in advance and then again upon arrival but make no promises or guarantees.~~~

**Health Guidelines**

SSDOMG requests you not attend an event if/when:
>You have been exposed to covid-19 in the 10 days prior to the event and have not yet tested negative.
>You are experiencing any sickness up to 5 days prior to the event in which you have not been symptom-free for at least 48 hours, especially if it's contagious.

This is for the safety of the attendees, employees, and our families.

Please update your RSVP, preferably prior to the RSVP Deadline or you may be considered a No-Show.
While we request you arrive within the first half of the Ice Cream Social, you can arrive anytime, however, if you will be arriving within the last 15 minutes please be advised that we may or may not be able to stay more than a few minutes after the stated event end time.
