We are excited to be back this month in St. Augustine for our Singing and Sound Healing Journey! These sound healing journeys are such amazing ways to invite personal healing, to get centered in Self, remember ancient wisdom stored within our bodies, and create a vibration that supports humanity and our amazing planet. Come join us this Sunday at the Center for Spiritual Living to amplify these high light vibrations. 😍

1:30pm - Sound Healing Journey

We begin with Community Singing. You don't have to be a singer, think using singing/resonance to enhance and empower the mental, emotional, and physical body. Here we make beautiful sounds to uplift ourselves, each other, and the whole world! This is for the good feeling of resonating and clearing the body with vibration, which sets you up to be able to go much deeper during the Sound Healing Journey.

During our Sound Healing Journey you get to bask in the transformative and deeply moving vibrations of sound meditation. Expand your consciousness, awaken your body's innate healing, activate deep relaxation. Sound healing is an opportunity to completely let go and allow the body, mind and soul to heal naturally. Sam and I begin with a clear intention for the healing journey, then drop down into our hearts and allow love to "play us", through our voices and special vibrational instruments. We often find ourselves using reiki and mudras to enhance the healing. It is truly an experience of surrender and awe, as we co-create with You, and the energies present. No two sessions are ever the same.
