What we’re about
This is a group for anyone interested in trading or investing in the markets to include stocks, options, ETF's or futures/commodities. We will talk about anything that can be traded, how to trade it, and what tools and strategies we use to research, track, analyze, or execute our trades - with a focus on MANAGING RISK AT ALL TIMES.
We will meet for beverages to have an informal round-table type of discussion to share what you know, exchange ideas, and learn from others. We now hold Meetups on the second Wednesday of each month, occasionally alternating between several locations around St. Louis County. Meetups will start at 7PM and last for about 2 hours. Members can feel free to arrive and leave whenever they need to. But I do ask everyone to RSVP if they will be attending, so I can make reservations at the meeting site if need be.
We are a very sociable group with diverse trading and investing experiences. All experience levels welcome to join.
My primary goal is to build a quality membership of active participants who are serious about learning, sharing, and participating. Overall size of our group's membership is not important. Planning to limit our membership to under 50 people. Currently our meeting attendance averages about 8 people per meeting.
A few requirements:
• We ask all members post at least your real first name as your Meetup profile name.
• When requesting to join, please post in your profile a real photo of just yourself.
• New members who fail to attend at least one Meetup in their first three months are subject to removal from group.
• Inactive members who have not attended at least one Meetup in the past 12 months are also subject to removal from the group.
NOTE: We are NOT an Investment Club where we pool money to make investments.
