Multi Modal Geospatial Webinar
·OnlineOnlineThis talk goes over a hackathon project that integrates geospatial data, GPS telemetry, and AI-powered video understanding to audit active businesses along commercial corridors. Using Twelve Labs video segmentation and semantic analysis models, street-level video footage was processed to identify storefronts and extract business names. GPS data was synchronized with the video using FFmpeg to geotag observations spatially. The resulting business detections were then intersected with data from Overture Maps Foundation to compare observed storefront activity against existing business records and improve commercial corridor intelligence.
