Have you been wanting to try paddle surfing for a while but haven't done it yet? Does your inner voice tell you that you can't do it?
I encourage you to try it and see why it is a sport that engages so much.
You will strengthen your entire body while you work on mindfulness, since unconsciously you will be super focused, leaving all kinds of worries or stress next to your shoes in the sand.
Of course you do not need previous experience, because I will take care of teaching you everything you need to be able to practice safely.
And if you already have experience, I also encourage you to come and share this time in which you can continue to improve your technique or even if the conditions allow it, we will go out for a trip along the coast.
To practice this sport safely it is good to know the area, its currents, conditions... and for this it is best to do it with a local and trained person.
That's why you can count on me.
In addition, I do the sessions in small groups of a maximum of 4 people. This increases not only safety but also the attention you may need.
I will take care of all the necessary material (board, leash, rash guard) and I also have 3rd part liability and accident insurance, which we will not need, but they are.
I will also take photos of you during the experience that I will send you later so that you have a memory and can share it with whoever you want.
I do this experience several times a week, both during the day and at sunset, so if what I propose here doesn't suit you, don't stop writing to me to try to find another date and time.
