Stand Your Ground is a high-intensity, no-fluff training class built to rewire your nervous system through real-time, interactive confrontation drills. Using improv-based games and structured roleplay, we simulate the exact moments where most people shut down:
- When your boss steamrolls you
- When your partner gaslights you
- When your friends cross your boundaries
- When you know what you want to say but can’t seem to say it
This isn’t group therapy. It’s not a safe space.
It’s a training ground.
You’ll sweat. You’ll stammer. You’ll face off with pressure. And eventually—you’ll get it right.
