* Challenge negative self-talk & thoughts: Aware & NOT CONTROL “critical” thoughts with hidden strengths.
* Celebrate MY successes: Acknowledge & appreciate my accomplishments, no matter how small or tiny.
* Live in the present moment: Mindfulness within self appreciate the abundance that already exists in MY life.
* Challenge limiting beliefs: Identify & reframe negative beliefs

\- Redefine my life purpose with success and value in life with consciousness and chakra meditation via self\- healing\, sound and grounding
\- Gratefulness with cooking and eating\, cacao with moon night\, meesage from Moon via cards
