Jun Hasegawa (Omise)
Jun Hasegawa is the CEO & Founder of Omise, an online payment platform that provides online operations the complete infrastructure required to enable and streamline online commerce.
Jun is a deep thinker and is no stranger to the startup world. Prior to founding Omise, he was involved in founding a series of tech companies in Japan, mainly in the fields of e-commerce, life log, mobile payment and the payment infrastructure. He brings over 16 years of professional experience in web & product design and has held several managerial positions, holding a strong track record of delivering bottom line results.
Since established in 2013, Jun has lead the company through dynamic growth. The company is quickly gaining traction from SMBs to large scale conglomerates, and has successfully developed synergy with strategic partners across SEA. Omise is now seen in the limelight.
Within 3 years, it has raised more than USD$25M and is the trusted payments provider for thousands of merchants in Thailand and Japan.
He is passionate about delivering online payments for everyone and works to influence his team to do the same.
