You and a partner go in “50/50” on a new business. You do all the work, he owns half the company. Now what?

Slicing Pie outlines a simple method for dividing equity in an early stage company that tells you exactly the right number of shares for each participant. All other methods of dividing up equity create problems--all of them. Slicing Pie gives you a way to acquire the things you need to build your business without cash.

This is the perfect seminar for anyone who wants to start their own company. Based on the book Slicing Pie (https://www.amazon.com/Slicing-Pie-Handbook-Perfectly-Bootstrapped/dp/0692584625/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&linkCode=sl1&tag=slipie-20&linkId=298575202f89429933f78a50c07dcd83), by Mike Moyer.

This is a free seminar and follows Wednesday's 1 Million Cups (http://www.1millioncups.com/sacramento) (9:00-10:00 a.m.).

A longer, interactive workshop (https://www.eventbrite.com/e/slicing-pie-a-simple-method-of-dividing-equity-for-startup-founders-tickets-32544503486) is offered on Tuesday, March 21 from 6:15-8:00 pm at InnoGrove in Elk Grove. There will be more time to ask Mike Moyer specific questions at the evening workshop. This is also a free event.
