Flow Estate Pro is designed to make running property comps faster, easier, and more reliable than anything currently on the market. The core purpose is to give real estate professionals—agents, wholesalers, investors, and appraisers—nationwide access to accurate sold property data so they can value properties with confidence. From launch, the software will cover the entire U.S. through providers like ATTOM and LightBox, with special systems in place to handle non-disclosure states. In these markets, it uses a mix of property/tax data, AVMs (automated valuation models), mortgage records, and even pending-to-sold tracking to estimate prices while clearly labeling results as “verified” or “estimated.” The platform includes built-in mapping tools with straight-line distance calculations to help users analyze comps within a precise radius. Designed for speed, the software delivers results in seconds via API integrations, ensuring efficiency at scale. The rollout begins with ATTOM/LightBox and AVM coverage, then expands into direct MLS partnerships for maximum accuracy. Overall, the goal is to give professionals the simplest, most trustworthy way to run comps nationwide, all while being transparent about data quality.
